Measurements Guidelines

Choose the measurement from the dropdown list between 90cm to 145cm closest to your measurement. Please determine your size prior to placing your order by following the instructions below:

Use a measuring tape to measure the length from the top op your pants, straight up over your shoulder, straight back down to the top of your pants. Wear the pants or a similar pants you will be wearing on the day of the event.

Your suspenders will be made according to the measurement provided. We will manufacture it so that your measurement falls within the middle hole, meaning the suspenders will be adjustable 7.5cm both ways (can go smaller by 7.5cm and larger by 7.5cm).

If unsure, please get in touch, as most of our product are made to order and cannot be exchanged if the incorrect measurements are received.

Customization

Custom sizes can be accommodated for toddlers and teenagers. Please get in touch to enquire.
Custom colours can be accommodated (minimum order quantity of R3500). Please get in touch to enquire.
Embossing can be done at R50.00 per unit. A maximum of 10 characters can be accommodated, such as the names or date. Please get in touch to enquire.
We are unable to accommodate any exchanges or returns for custom orders (sizes, colours, and embossing).
The 50% deposit or full payment is required to accommodate custom orders (sizes, colours, and embossing).

Production & Delivery

Your order will be processed one working day after it was placed via our online platform.
Your order will be ready to ship between 2 – 10 working days.
Should we have readily available stock, your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
We are situated in the Western Cape and make use of an independent courier company, so please allow 2 – 5 working days to deliver in main areas.
Outlying areas may take slightly longer.
Should your parcel be damaged in any way please contact us within 1 day after receiving your order to resolve the matter.
The courier fee will be added to your basket at checkout.

Leather Care

Always handle leather with clean hands.
Wipe leather with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
Apply Leather Goodness to prevent premature aging such as drying, cracking and fading. Apply using your hands, a cloth or a sponge and wait for it to dry. Apply once every six months for best results. This cream is not suitable to use on suede products.
On suede products, use a small wire or suede-specific brush to wipe away dirt and grime. Do not use cream or water.
Keep leather away from direct sunlight and heat, especially when storing.
Store leather items in a breathable fabric such as a pillowcase (not plastic) to prevent mildew.
Keep leather away from water. In case it gets wet, let it dry naturally to prevent it from shrinking (even if it takes a few days).

If the product or packaging has been damaged in any way.
Due to the nature and size of our business all leather products are made to order so please consider your purchase carefully. Any refunds on a “I changed my mind” basis will be charged at R200 handling fee to cover the initial courier fees, admin and packaging costs, and it will be the clients responsibility to ensure the item is shipped back to us in a resellable condition before a refund is allocated.

Disclaimer

Leather is a natural product, meaning the marks on the product occurred naturally on the animal’s skin. Although we try to avoid using the parts of the hide with distinct marks during production on any of our products where they are highly visible, this is not always possible and not a valid reason for returning any items.
Colour variations can occur. The colour variations of the leather as seen on the photographs may change slightly due to natural lighting and the style of photography, as well as due to the dying process and various batches of leather received from suppliers.
All leather items are handmade, therefore slight variations in the colour and size may occur.
If you are ordering for an event, it is best to place one order with all the products you require (bow ties, ties, belts, suspenders), to ensure that the products are manufactured from the same hide to avoid colour discrepencies – matchy matchy!
