- We are unable to assist or consider a refund if the product has been used in any way.
- If we are unable to resell it.
- If the product or packaging has been damaged in any way.
- Due to the nature and size of our business all leather products are made to order so please consider your purchase carefully. Any refunds on a “I changed my mind” basis will be charged at R170 handling fee to cover the initial courier fees, admin and packaging costs, and it will be the clients responsibility to ensure the item is shipped back to us in a resellable condition before a refund is allocated.
