Deliveries, Returns, and Online Orders
Providing personal details such as your delivery address and contact details on Company and Good’s website are at your own risk.
Your personal information will be private and secured.
You agree to the use of your personal information for delivery purposes when placing an online order on Company and Good’s website.
Online orders will be shipped as soon as the full payment reflects in Company and Good’s account. We do not take responsibility for damages or losses after your order has been received.
We do not refund any Leather Goodness cream products. Should damage occur in transit please provide us with a photograph of the damaged product and we will replace it.
Online orders will be processed and delivered within two to five working days.
Company and Good remains the owner of all online orders until delivered and signature has been obtained from you, the client.
We do not take responsibility for wrongful delivery. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery details. We do assist with the tracking of your delivery.
Online orders can be delivered to your door! Or to any valid address you include in your order summary. The delivery of your order depends on the availability of products. This may affect the time of delivery.
By placing and accepting your order online you agree to all the above Terms and Conditions.
PayFast Online Payment Gateway
Online payments are accepted through our online payment service (it’s high-tech and super safe). Once your payment has been received, your order will be packed and on its way to you.
Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT)
A deposit is payable for email/telephonic orders before production starts. Your proof of payment to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org before dispatch. Once the final amount has been paid your order will be sent to your door.
Both are accepted and all major bank cards are welcome.
We offer SnapScan as a valid payment option. If that’s your thing, we have a QR code for you to scan.
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

– “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. Payment information (including credit card numbers) is not stored on the Site. To complete a payment, you must enter your payments details, you will be redirected to either “PayFast” or “SnapScan” based on your selection. Both are third-party, web-based, payment gateway providers that do not share your payments details with the Site. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
Use of Personal Information
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When you submit a ‘contact form’ on the Site, you are automatically added to our mailing list and your personal information is forwarded to MailChimp where it is stored in a secure “list”. This list is used to send out marketing communications about the Site.

Your Order Information is being shared with a third-party courier company. This is done to get your order that was placed on the Site delivered to you.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We use device information to retarget our advertising on Google Search Results and the Google network of websites (other websites) and also to retarget you with our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. If you browse the Site, you will most likely see our retargeted adverts on the above-mentioned platforms.
Sharing of Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
